What is the King & Queen Hat League?

• Each week everyone who attends the session will be split into teams at random with all members of the winning team being awarded a point. At the end of the 10 weeks, the Male and Female with the most points will be crowned King and Queen respectively and will win a prize. Therefore the more sessions you make, the better chance you have of winning.

Game Rules

• 40min games
• 5, 6 or 7 a-side (depending on numbers)
• Following WFDF Rules except the following:
  • Loose mixed – O dictates the mix, D must match if they can.
  • 1 x 30 second timeout per team, per game.
  • No Cap, after the whistle at the end of the game, the team in possession may attempt 1 more pass. (If possession has not been determined i.e. disc is in the air – determine possession and THEN make 1 more pass)
• Turn up early if you need to warm up. We won’t be wasting any pitch time.

When is it?

• It will start on Thursday 15th October and run for 10 weeks up to 17th December. It will run at the usual time of 7.30-9pm under the floodlights at Queen’s Avenue, Aldershot.

Can I play?

• We ask that you have 6 months playing experience. Apart from that, anyone is welcome.

How much will it cost?

• Thursday sessions will be £3 until the end of October, after this, you will have to be a paid up member to keep this price (more details on membership to come), otherwise it will increase to £5 a session.
