The iconic London Calling tournament (aka Open and Womens Tour 2) was held in St Albans and was a very successful tournament for the club. The weekend had it all: sun, rain, wind, sudden death come backs. Look at this happy bunch!
The GU mens team (GUys) came away with a huge performance finishing 9th in Btour after a difficult Saturday group stage. The GUys fought a hard Sunday to climb all the way back to 9th, a highlight 8-12 comeback against Vision showed sent the team in high spirit throughout Sunday.
Games like that are what I live for. @gfordultimate 12-8 down as the hooter goes, but score 5 co secutive points to win! Amazing

Our GU girls (GUrls) made their first tour appearance, needless to say the girls were excited to be competing.
Nothing like Taylor Swift to get us pumped up for another day of frisbee #ukut2 — Georgina Morrison (@lilgeegeee) June 21, 2015
The GUrls played some tough opposition stringing together amazing plays to take it to the Womens division. The girls got stronger as the weekend went by and Elle Kim raised spirits with a huge diving grab. Overall the GUrls finished in 22nd place but proved their worth coming 3rd in spirit! Our girls were also proud to take part in the Women in Ultimate Committee photo to promote the sport to women.
